Post Apocalyptic world. Its so far into the future that humanity forgot its own technology and regressed into medieval times.
Kamikatsu is the same, its not an isekai per-say, they did the Planet of the Apes thing, its just really far into the future our MC gets flung into.

I wouldn't say magic and technology coexist more like they exist since technology is a thing of the past and the only thing really being left is the robots

what do you mean. Water ball is the cliche go to spell for all cheap isekais. They're all copying mushoku tensei, the grandfather of isekai.

Actually Isekai's go back further, Rayearth came out in 1994 and is an isekai. There might be some from even earlier.

Curious Play would technically fall under that genre as well. Main character gets transported into the story of a Chinese novel and if memory serves the anime came out in 1998 or 1999, can't remember, it was a long time ago.
